Terms of Use
Version of November 1, 2026.
1. General
1.1. These Terms govern the relationship between the owner of get-save.com (the "Administration") and the user of the site (the "User").
1.2. The Service means get-save.com and its subdomains (ru.get-save.com, en.get-save.com and others), as well as the desktop program and browser extension linked from the site.
1.3. Use of the Service means that the User has read and accepts these Terms. If the User does not agree, the User must stop using the Service.
1.4. The processing of data is described in the Privacy Policy: https://en.get-save.com/6-privacy/.
2. Description of the Service
2.1. Using the link provided by the User, the Service fetches a publicly available video or audio file from another website and delivers it to the User's device. When needed, the Service merges video and audio into a single file.
2.2. The Service acts solely as a technical tool. It does not host, store, publish or pre-screen files from other websites. Files are streamed and are not kept on the Service's servers after the download.
2.3. The Service is not affiliated with or endorsed by YouTube, VK, Rutube, Odnoklassniki, TikTok or any other website. Their names are used only to describe which links the Service works with. Trademarks belong to their owners.
2.4. The Service is free and requires no registration. The site shows ads.
3. Use of content
3.1. The User may download only the User's own content, content under a free license, and content the User is permitted to download by the rights holder or by law (for example, for personal use where the law allows it).
3.2. Whether a download is allowed depends on the rights to the content, the rules of the source website and the laws of the country where the User is located. Checking this is the User's obligation.
3.3. A downloaded file gives the User no rights to the video, music or other works it contains.
3.4. The User is solely responsible for the links the User submits to the Service, and for downloading, storing and further using the files, including compliance with copyright and related rights.
4. Prohibited actions
4.1. It is prohibited to use the Service to break the law or infringe the rights of third parties, including distributing other people's works without permission.
4.2. It is prohibited to send automated bulk requests, connect the Service to third-party programs or bots, or bypass rate limits and checks.
4.3. It is prohibited to disrupt the Service or its servers.
4.4. The Administration may slow down or block traffic that shows signs of being automated.
5. For rights holders
5.1. A rights holder who believes the Service is being used to infringe their rights may submit a notice through the contact given in section 9. The notice must specify the work, a link to it and the applicant's contact details, and confirm that the applicant acts on behalf of the rights holder.
5.2. Upon a substantiated notice, the Administration may restrict processing of the specified links by the Service.
6. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
6.1. The Service is provided "as is". The Administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Service, that a particular video can be downloaded, or that the file will be of the desired quality. Source websites may change how they serve video at any time.
6.2. To the extent permitted by law, the Administration is not liable to the User or third parties for the User's use of downloaded files, for the permissibility of downloading any content, for the content and availability of source websites, for the operation of communication networks, or for any losses arising from the use of or inability to use the Service.
6.3. The Service may contain ads and links to third-party websites. The Administration is not responsible for their content or actions.
7. Changes to the Service and the Terms
7.1. The Administration may change, suspend or discontinue the Service or any of its features without prior notice.
